Volunteer

Volunteer at a fundraising event in your community.  Every event can use an extra pair of hands to help out.  This allows you to meet people in our VHL Community and make a difference supporting the cause.

Volunteer to participate in a committee with the Board of Directors.  The CVHLA Board needs help with the communication committee, the research funding review committee and general support and outreach.

​

Apply to become a Board Member.  We are an entirely volunteer group of professionals who are hands-on and excited about the future of our organization.  We would love to welcome you to the board if you are passionate about beating VHL and bring an expertise and a willingness to work passionately toward this goal.

Find an Event Near You

​

We are starting to gain traction on our fundraising activities and will post on-going fundraising events on our facebook page and our events calendar.  If you cannot find something posted but would like to participate, please contact us at info@cvhla.org and we will assist you in the best way we can.

Host an Event

​

It may not be as hard as you think to host a fundraising event in your community.  We are happy to provide you with ideas, information and tips on hosting a fundraising event.  There are a number of different ways to participate.   You can join a community event, get your co-workers. school, or church involved.  Your enthusiasm can go a long way in beating VHL disease and the many other genetic cancers that we are fighting against.
